Daumantas Banys

ex-Vinted Go | Senior Strategic Projects Developer

Daumantas’ most recent role was Product Designer and Strategic Projects Lead. He spent more than seven years at Vinted, including time in its logistics division Vinted Go. Daumantas began his career there as a Product Design Intern, later becoming a Senior Designer, and eventually moving into broader roles focused on product and business strategy. During his time at the company, he had the opportunity to contribute to its growth from multiple perspectives while working on several key company initiatives.

By developing projects at different stages, he gained extensive experience addressing both user and business needs—experience he is eager to share with future product designers. Because he often found himself “wearing the product manager hat” and also worked within the business development team, he developed a well-rounded perspective on building products that solve real problems. Over time, he turned these experiences into practical lessons for aspiring product professionals.

Today, Daumantas works independently and aims to share the lessons he has learned with his students—especially those that emerge from complex, real-world situations.
