Ieva Kriaučiūnienė

Ieva has been in the design field for almost 20 years. Her journey began in creative agencies, where she spent 14 years honing her design expertise, working with print, digital, and video design, as well as creative concepts. Upon discovering UX design, she realized it was her true passion. Since then, she has fully focused on product design, user experience, design processes, and strategy.

Currently, Ieva leads the Surfshark product design team. Her philosophy is simple – good design is not only aesthetically pleasing but also functional, creating a seamless user journey and a strong emotional connection with the brand.
