Saulius Baradinskas

Saulius Baradinskas is an award-winning film director currently living and working in Los Angeles, California. He studies film directing at the American Film Institute Conservatory.

In 2024, Saulius became a BAFTA member and continues to be part of the BAFTA Connect program. In 2021, Saulius premiered his second short film, “TECHNO, MAMA,” in the 78th edition of the Venice Film Festival. After being shortlisted in 2022, the short film was officially nominated for best short film in the 2022 European Film Academy Awards. Saulius is currently developing his feature “Concrete Music” musical film. Saulius’s directed works have reached more than 100 million views on the YouTube platform. Saulius has directed and filmed various projects in Japan, the UK, France, and Germany. In 2020, Saulius was selected as one of the Berlinale talents at the 70th Berlinale Film Festival.

Saulius is noticed for directing music videos that have already got recognition in the Baltic states. In the 2018 annual Music Video Awards, Saulius was selected as the best director of the year and won the best music video award for directing. In 2018, Saulius directed a commercial feature film comedy, which was a blockbuster. He also directs commercials & music videos. In 2019, Saulius premiered his debut short film, “Golden Minutes.” This short film was filmed on one take and on film. The main role was created by famous Scottish actor Billy Boyd, who starred in Lord Of The Rings. The short film was screened in the Louvre at Rencontres Internationally Paris/berlin , won various awards, and traveled to more than 50 film festivals around the world.
