“Brainstorms, new product ideas, and Excel spreadsheets” — that’s how Agnė would briefly describe herself. She is currently working as a Product Manager at Impact Brands, bringing with her a strong research background from Kilo Health, where she led the Research team and also worked as a Product Manager.
Agnė combines analytical thinking, structured problem-solving, and strong communication skills with a creative, outside-the-box mindset. Her goal is to build products that truly meet users’ needs by deeply understanding their problems, relying on research, and continuously monitoring market trends.
After completing her Master’s degree in Operations and Innovation Management in Copenhagen, Agnė realized that one of the most important qualities in modern business is the ability to explore, adapt, and innovate.
