With over a decade of dedicated experience in the world of Agile, Denis is driven by an insatiable thirst for spreading the Agile mindset and values. Denis embarked on a journey that led him to various roles within the Agile landscape From Scrum Master, he transitioned to positions of increasing responsibility, becoming a Lean Agile Center of Excellence Lead and eventually Agile coach in Vinted. Since the end of 2025, he has held the role of Engineering Manager at Vinted.
His approach to coaching is characterised by a deep commitment to fostering collaboration, empowering teams, and delivering results.
