Karolis Lapačinskas

Karolis is a Project Manager turned Creative Strategist, specialising in performance and direct response advertising.

He began his career working on social media communication projects at the agency WhatAbout, where he led brand campaigns from concept to execution for Porsche, LEGO, Harley-Davidson and others.

Later, at Orbio World, he helped build the Creative team, establish its processes and develop a consistent flow of ad creatives, at one point overseeing content strategies for more than 10 products simultaneously.

He went on to lead the marketing team at Incubator Lab, helping grow brands generating eight-figure revenues, and also worked with Impact Brands. He is currently part of the 3tm agency.

Alongside his professional work, Karolis lectures and mentors students at KTU. He also hosts what he considers the best podcast out there, Fermentuoti failai, exploring cults, conspiracy theories, true crime and much more.
