Ąžuolas has been leading the marketing team of Lithuania’s most beloved brand, Swedbank, for several years. While working at the country’s largest financial institution, he contributed both to the implementation of sales processes and the management of direct marketing. For the past eight years, Ąžuolas has been developing, testing, and executing marketing strategies at Swedbank—and doing so successfully, as he was named Lithuania’s CMO of the Year in 2024.
