Dominyka Ragauskaitė

Dominyka studied international business in Rotterdam, then started her career in the Netherlands. After trying several different areas of marketing, she became interested in product management and plunged headfirst into product development for Amazon in Luxembourg. There, she tested a few teams and worked with onboarding new users and ensuring successful platform adoption. Dominyka returned to Vilnius and joined Vinted, where she is a successful product director, leading a team of product managers and working with growth in new countries and user activation. Dominyka believes that product management is an art to learn. That is why she mentors various organizations and platforms.
